We are looking for a Student Assistant for the Berlin office of the IFSH as of 01.08.2023 (20h/week) to support the work in the collaborative CBWNet project. German-speaking skills are required.

The position is part of the BMBF-funded joint project "Comprehensive Strengthening of Standards against Chemical and Biological Weapons: The CBW Competence Network", which is being carried out jointly by IFSH; the Chair of Public Law and International Law at Justus Liebig University Giessen; the Leibniz Institute Hessian Foundation for Peace and Conflict Research (HSFK); and the Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker Center for Scie- nce and Peace Research (ZNF) at the University of Hamburg. The project examines how the pressured prohibition norms in the multilateral treaty regimes on chemical and biological weapons can be strengthened.
