CBWNet had a strong presence at this year's Annual European Non-Proliferation and Disarmament Consortium Conference in Brussels on December 4 - 5. At the main conference, CBWNet Associate Researcher Dr Alexander Ghionis shared his views on the Chemical Weapons Convention Review Conference on a panel on chemical disarmament. CBWNet Researcher Kristoffer Burck provided insights on the role of young voices on a panel themed "A Conversation with the Next Generation in Non-Proliferation and Disarmament." The conference was preceded by a "Next Generations" Workshop, at which Associate Researchers Almuntaser Albalawi and Dr Monica Chinchilla presented their research.

The EUNPDC is an EU-funded network of non-proliferation and disarmament think tanks that brings together academics and practitioners to discuss approaches to this field. CBWNet members IFSH, University of Hamburg (ZNF), and PRIF are all members of the EUNDPC network.
