On 19-20 December 2022, CBWNet researcher Oliver Meier participated in an online conference on "Strengthening Global Norms: International Cooperation for Chemical Disarmament“ jointly organised by the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA) and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). He spoke about ways to prevent “New types of chemical weapons terrorism” (see here) on a panel on “International Cooperation to Combat Chemical Terrorism” and also introduced CBWNet to participants.
